What's inside:  Distilled Water, Avocado Oil, Almond Oil, Shea Butter,  Emulsifying Wax, Steric Acid, Vitamin E Oil, Optiphen, Essential Oils.

How to use: Rub in small circular motions with gentle pressure to awaken skin. Apply as often as needed.

Shelf life: Good for 6-12 months from date of purchase.
